MICCAI 2025 will be an in-person event. All presentations are to be delivered live in person. Please note that all accepted papers, including papers invited to deliver oral or spotlight presentations, also have an assigned poster session - hardcopy and e-poster instructions below, therefore, apply to ALL accepted papers.
Please see the tentative session assignments here and the main conference program here.
During the assigned poster sessions, one of the authors must be at the poster to interact with conference participants. Your poster must be pinned from the first day of the main conference by 8:00 AM. It must remain on the board for all 3 days of the main conference. It will need to be removed from the poster board between 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM on the conference's last day. Posters not removed by 7:00 PM will be discarded. Your e-poster will be available to all conference attendees throughout the duration of the meeting on the conference app. Presenters are encouraged to make use of the app to interact with conference participants.
Your printed poster must be in PORTRAIT format and not exceed A0 size (33.1 in x 46.8 in or 841 mm x 1189 mm).
Please upload your e-poster to the conference app no later than September 13, 2025.
The registered presenter of your paper will receive an email from MICCAI 2025 <no-reply@pheedloop.com> with the subject "Your MICCAI 2025 Speaker Portal!” no later than Friday, September 6, 2025. This message contains a button that you can click to access the Speaker Portal, where you will be able to upload your e-poster.
Alternatively, you can navigate to the following site to upload your e-poster: https://site.pheedloop.com/portal/event/EVEBCJLNFHCVC/speakers/login.
You can choose whether to have a one-time code or password reset message sent to your email that will allow you to sign into the speaker portal.
Once you are signed in, you will see a page like this with your session listed.
Click on it to add your poster. Two tabs should appear: the "Session Details” tab, which allows you to view the abstract associated with your paper, and the "Session Files” tab, which allows you to add files. Please add your PDF e-poster here (note the file size limitation on your PDF upload).
Once you upload a file, you will have the option to modify or delete it in case you made a mistake and need to re-upload.
Each presenter will have a 12 min slot and should prepare for a presentation of maximum of 10 min. Timing will be strictly enforced to ensure every speaker has their full allotment of time to present and that sessions end on time. It is imperative, therefore, that you rehearse the timing of your talk beforehand. The session chair will introduce each speaker and the title of the talk. Please note that in addition to your talk, there will also be a companion poster presentation that you are required to prepare and deliver at the relevant poster session.
Please arrive at the presentation room at least 10 minutes before the beginning of the session, and check in with the session chairs. MICCAI 2025 will be dual-track, meaning that each oral session will be run in parallel with another oral session, so please consult the program to make sure that you are at the correct room. Presenters will be required to use the conference A/V system to run their slides. Your slides must, therefore, be submitted no later than 3 pm local time the day before your scheduled presentation date to this Dropbox folder. Please name your file with your oral session number, talk number, and last name of the first author for easy identification of your slides. For example, Oral03-4-Smith.pptx if your paper's first author's last name is Smith and the paper is scheduled to be the 4th talk presented in oral session 03.
Spotlight presentations will take place at the beginning of each oral session at the main conference. Please prepare no more than 2 slides, including the title and author information, for your 2-minute spotlight presentation. There will be no Q&A afterwards. Conference attendees will instead be encouraged to visit your poster and interact with its presenter at the poster sessions. Timing will be strictly enforced to ensure every speaker has their full allotment of time to present and that sessions end on time. It is imperative, therefore, that you rehearse the timing of your talk beforehand. The session chair will introduce each speaker and the title of the talk. Please arrive at the presentation room at least 10 minutes prior to the beginning of the session, and check in with the session chairs. For example, Spotlight03-4-Smith.pptx if your paper's first author's last name is Smith and the paper is scheduled to be the 4th talk presented in oral session 03.
The preferred format for MICCAI 2025 is Microsoft PowerPoint. Please prepare your slides in a 16:9 aspect ratio. In addition to uploading your slides by the deadline, we strongly recommend that you bring to the conference a copy of your presentation materials, including movies, on an accessible hardware storage device. If you have videos in your presentation, please use a standard codec such as Microsoft Video 1 to avoid playback issues. Exporting the presentation using the "Package for CD” option in PowerPoint will ensure that all media files are copied into one location and file paths are adjusted properly inside the presentation. Windows Video Player will be installed on the presentation computer at the conference.
A sample MICCAI 2025 Poster Template can be found here, but its use is NOT required for the conference.
The MICCAI 2025 conference logo (in PNG format) is available for download here.
