MICCAI 2025 Conference Awards and Grants

Each year, researchers and scientists are eligible to receive financial support to attend the annual MICCAI conference in the form of awards and grants.

Applications for the MICCAI Registration and Travel Grants are now being accepted!

Eligible applicants must apply as early as possible. The adjudication and notification process will be carried out on a rolling basis, to allow time for the grant recipients to make travel arrangements and obtain visas to the host country if needed. Grants are intended to support in-person participation in the MICCAI conference. If a selected grant recipient is not able to attend the conference in person, the grant will go to the next candidate on the ranked list.

Please review the information to determine if you are eligible.

Details regarding the NIH Awards for MICCAI 2025 will be known in June.

MICCAI Registration and Travel Grants

The MICCAI Society is pleased to provide financial support to members of the MICCAI Community who are from diverse and underserved backgrounds and want to attend the annual MICCAI conference. Diversity, in this case, encompasses a wide range of characteristics in the scientific community including, but not limited to, underrepresented gender and racial/ethnic groups, differing abilities, lower-income countries and countries where few papers are received at MICCAI conferences.

Recipients of the MICCAI Society Registration Grants will receive waiver codes to cover main conference and satellite event registrations plus a one-year MICCAI Society membership fee.

Recipients of the MICCAI Society Travel Grants will receive financial support of up to $2,500 per grant to use towards conference registration, MICCAI membership, lodging, and travel costs.

For more details, please refer to the MICCAI Society Registration and Travel Grants Guidelines
