Review Period

  1. Provide quality reviews and submit all reviews on time
  2. Flag papers with issues/violations to ACs and PCs, but continue reviewing problematic papers

  1. Reassign reviewers when requested
  2. Check the quality of submitted reviews. Reach out to reviewers for clarification or to amend reviews if necessary.
  3. Rate the quality of submitted reviews.

  1. Assist the submission manager in recruiting external reviewers when necessary. On rare occasions, ACs must step in to conduct a full review of the paper.
  2. Continue to assess assigned papers and reviews, and submit meta-reviews
  3. Rate the quality of submitted reviews
May 7 PCs
Submission Platform Manager		 Release of Early Acceptance Decisions
Reviewers and early decisions are released. Those papers without an early recommendation enter the rebuttal phase.
May 8 - 14 Authors Rebuttal Phase
Authors invited to submit rebuttals have one week to address reviewers' comments.
Two additional (secondary) ACs will be assigned to each rebuttal paper.
May 15 - 21 Reviewers
Due May 21, 23:59 PT		 Post-rebuttal Review update
Reviewers update reviews/scores.
May 15 - 31 ACs
Due May 31, 23:59 PT

Final Recommendations of Rebuttal Papers

  1. ACs will be assigned an additional ~15 rebuttal papers
  2. Remind reviewers to update reviews in the first week
  3. Provide independent recommendations of rebuttal papers with justifications.
  4. Make oral recommendations
