We are soliciting letters of intent (LOI) for the organization of satellite events (SEs) to be held in conjunction with MICCAI 2026. Just for clarity, we use the term "satellite events (SE)” to collectively refer to workshops, challenges, and tutorials.
SE organizers are expected to submit the LOI form by December 15, 2025, and then submit their complete proposal by January 9, 2026.
In case of overlapping topics, the SE committee would recommend and encourage collaborations before the full proposal submission, towards improving the thematic content of SEs, as well as increasing the odds of your SE acceptance through stronger collaborative proposals.
The SEs will take place on October 4 and 8 at the main conference venue, each organized as an in-person event. The SEs should gather focused groups of researchers to foster engaging discussions and exchange knowledge on a specific area of interest to the MICCAI community.
Due to space and time limitations, as well as to encourage diversity of topic coverage, only a limited number of proposals will be accepted.
SE organizers can access the LOI form at the MICCAI 2026 CMT link: [Website will be available soon]. The content of the LOI form is included at the bottom of this call for easier reference.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
