MICCAI2024 is an in-person event. All presentations are to be delivered live in person. Please note that all accepted papers, including papers invited to give oral or spotlight presentations, have an assigned poster session.
Please see the tentative session assignment here and the main conference program here.
During the assigned poster sessions, one of the authors must be at the poster to interact with conference participants. Your poster must be pinned on the morning of your scheduled poster presentation day and by 8:00 AM. It must remain on the board from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM and must be removed from the poster board between 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM on the SAME day. Posters not removed by 7:00 PM will be discarded. Your e-poster will be available to all conference attendees 24/7 throughout the conference on the conference app. Presenters are encouraged to make use of the conference app to interact with conference delegates.
Your printed poster must be in PORTRAIT format and not exceed A0 size (33.1in x 46.8 in or 841mm x 1189mm).
Please upload your e-poster to the conference app no later than Sept 28, 2024.
The registered presenter of your paper should receive an email from MICCAI 2024 <no-reply@pheedloop.com> with the subject "Your MICCAI 2024 Speaker Portal!" no later than Friday, September 20th. This contains a button to access the Speaker Portal where you can upload your e-poster.
Press the button or navigate to https://site.pheedloop.com/portal/event/EVECOUCCZVHMJ/speakers/login
Choose whether to receive a one-time code to your email or a password reset email which will allow you to sign into the speaker portal.
Once you are signed in, you will see a page like this with your session listed.
Click on it to edit this event. Two tabs should appear, the Session Details tab which allows you to view the abstract associated with this paper, and the Session Files tab which allows you to add files. Please add your PDF e-poster here noting the limitation on the file size.
Once you upload a file, you will have the option to modify or delete it in case you made a mistake and need to re-upload.
Please prepare slides for a 12-minute presentation. After your talk, there will be approximately 3 minutes for questions. Timing will be strictly enforced to ensure a smooth handover between speakers. Please ensure that you have rehearsed the timing of your talk beforehand. As a rule of thumb, you should have one slide per minute of talk time. The session chair will introduce each speaker and the title of the talk. Each oral presentation will also have an associated poster presentation.
Please arrive at the presentation room at least 10 minutes before the beginning of the session. There are two parallel sessions - please consult the program to make sure you go to the correct room. Presenters will be required to use the conference system to minimize setup time. Your slides must be submitted at least one day before your scheduled talk day. Please upload your slides to this Dropbox folder. Please rename your file with your Oral session number and talk number for easy identification. For example, Oral03-4.pptx if you are in Oral session 03, talk number 4.

The preferred format is Microsoft PowerPoint. Please prepare your slides in a 16:9 aspect ratio. In addition to uploading your slides one day prior, we suggest bringing a copy of all the files including movies on a USB key. If you are including videos in your presentation, it is highly recommended you use a standard codec such as Microsoft Video 1 to avoid playback issues. Exporting the presentation using the Package for CD option from PowerPoint will ensure that all media files are copied into one location and file paths are adjusted inside the presentation. Windows Video Player is installed on the presentation computer.
MICCAI 2024 Poster Template is now available for download. You are NOT required to use the template.
