INVITATION LETTER

The invitation letter will be provided to the participants that has been registered and paid the full fee.

Once your registration and payment is completed you may obtain your invitation letter by visiting your registration account and clicking the invitation letter section. Please note that this section will not be available at your registration account without having a fully paid registration.

Please find the relevant information on how to apply for visa below;

Through overseas visa agent or Singapore consulate:

1. There is no need for you to provide the form V39A.
2. Please fill the necessary details to get your invitation letter from your registration account.
3. We recommend you to provide the support letter from ICA which can be found on the second page of the invitation letter you obtain from the registration system.
4. ICA has conveyed that overseas visa agents/Singapore consulate are aware of the above process.
