ACCOMMODATION

• Room reservations will be made through Dekon Congress & Tourism.
• Rates quoted are in EUR, including bed and breakfast.
• Please make your reservations early, bookings are on a first-come first-served basis.
• Room reservations will be confirmed only after receiving full payment by credit card or bank transfer.
• Hotel check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00. If you would like to check-in before 14:00, please book your room one night prior to your arrival.

Please note that there will be shuttle transportation from Ryad Ennakhil, Ryad Parc, Ryad Mogador Agdal and Farah Hotel (Morning Hotel-Conference Venue / Evening Conference Venue-Hotel).

Cancellation Policy - Accommodation:

Cancellations or changes should be received in writing by the MICCAI 2023 Organizing Secretariat (DEKON) via e-mail to registration@miccai2024.org. Please do not contact the hotels directly.

• Cancellations received before or on August 25, 2024 - One night deposit will be applied as a penalty.
• Cancellations received on or after August 26, 2024 - no refund

Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of MICCAI 2024, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.

In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and full payment will be non-refundable.

Late arrival /Early Departure Fee - If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates of your confirmed booking, the total cost of accommodation will be charged and no refunds will be issued.
