REGISTRATION INFORMATION

• Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference are requested to contact the registration secretariat at registration@miccai2023.org. Only participants who complete their registration will be included in the program.
• The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird deadline, it will not be considered as early registration if the payment has not been received before the deadline.
• Registration Fees include VAT.
• You will receive your registration confirmation in 72 hours after you made your payment (except weekends). Please note that it may take around 1 week to get your confirmation if the payment is made via bank transfer.
• To be eligible for the student / clinician rates, students (bachelor, master or doctoral level) / clinicians are required to produce up to date documentary evidence of their status by the time of the manuscript submission. Without this documentation, full delegate fees will be applied. For the avoidance of any doubt, post-doctoral fellows should pay full delegate fees. Students / Clinicians should send necessary document via e-mail to registration@miccai2023.org.
• Workshops are on October 8 and 12 2023. To attend workshops both on October 8 and 12 please select both dates and note that you need to pay the above mentioned rates two times.
• To be eligible for the member rates, participants are required to fill the code they have received from MICCAI Society regarding their membership renewal or you can pay your membership fee directly from the registration form in order to be eligible for the Regular member, Clinician member and Student member rate.
• Registration for satellites events is per day meaning that registration for Day 1 or Day 2 of satellite events, provides the participant with access any satellite event on that particular day only. Please note that some satellites events may only be available in-person and will not have an online or hybrid component. If you are registering for satellite events and intend to participate remotely, please verify that your desired event is available online by checking the Workshops, Tutorials, and Challenges pages of the MICCAI 2023 website. If you are presenting at one of these events, please confirm with the satellite event organisers as to whether you may present remotely. It is the responsibility of the conference participants to ensure the availability of their desired satellite events prior to registering.

In Person Main Conference Registration Fees Include:

• Attendance to all scientific sessions on 9-10-11 October 2023.
• Conference materials
• Coffee breaks and lunches to be served during the conference scientific program
• Gala Dinner on 10 October 2023.
• Access to Virtual Conference Platform

Virtual Main Conference Registration Fees Include:

• Live access to oral / keynote sessions through the platform.
• Access to E-posters

In Person Workshop Registration Fees include:

• Attendance to workshops on 8 and 12 October
• Conference materials
• Coffee breaks and lunches to be served on 8 and 12 October.

Hybrid Workshop Registration Fees include:

• Attendance to workshops on 8 and 12 October from the virtual platform

Cancellation Policy - Registration:

Requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing by the MICCAI 2023 Registration Secretariat (DEKON) via e-mail to registration@miccai2023.org

• Cancellations received before or on August 20, 2023 - full refund less EUR 25 administration fee. Membership fees are non-refundable.
• Cancellations received on or after August 21, 2022 - no refund
• After the cancellation deadline it is not allowed to change the registration type from in person attendance to hybrid attendance.

Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of MICCAI 2023, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
